Celebrity Chef Nilesh Limaye, Executive

Group and an Ecotel hotel).
After starting his career with the Taj Group
of Hotels, Celebrity Chef Nilesh Limaye has been in the
industry for more than a decade now. He has traveled extensively
and worked for many years across the world including Europe,
South America and UK. Many a cookery shows and articles
on food and nutrition are to his credit. Today along with
heading the kitchens of Rodas, he also hosts a cookery
show on Doordarshan Sahyadri.
He has made many temptingly delicious
sweets using Stugar. The latest of these recipes is
featured here.
MANGO CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients
Cream
2 cups (500ml)
Stugar
10 Sachets (10gm)
Soft cheese / hunged yoghurt
½ cups (100gm)
Gelatin (soaked in luke warm water)
2 tbspns (20 gms)
Mango pulp
½ cup (100gm)
Method
1) Whisk cream and Stugar
2) Whisk in cream cheese
3) Slowly add mango pulp and fold in soaked gelatin
4) Set the mixture in a serving bowl or an mould
5) Chill for 2 hours
6) Serve well garnished with mango slices
