After starting his career with the Taj Group of Hotels, Celebrity Chef Nilesh Limaye has been in the industry for more than a decade now. He has traveled extensively and worked for many years across the world including Europe, South America and UK. Many a cookery shows and articles on food and nutrition are to his credit. Today along with heading the kitchens of Rodas, he also hosts a cookery show on Doordarshan Sahyadri.

 MANGO CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

Cream 2 cups (500ml)
Stugar™ 10 Sachets (10gm)
Soft cheese / hunged yoghurt ½ cups (100gm)
Gelatin (soaked in luke warm water) 2 tbspns (20 gms)
Mango pulp ½ cup (100gm)
   
   

Method

1) Whisk cream and Stugar™
2) Whisk in cream cheese
3) Slowly add mango pulp and fold in soaked gelatin
4) Set the mixture in a serving bowl or an mould
5) Chill for 2 hours
6) Serve well garnished with mango slices
